The WorkBC Wage subsidy program covers a part of the employee wages in exchange for on-the-job training from an employer. A wage subsidy can be your answer to gaining experience and training to further your career without experiencing a loss in wages experienced during traditional in-class training.

We are currently also offering Wage Subsidies to support Employers to hire employees they would not be able to hire without a subsidy.
